Claims and evidence
Each statement is quoted or fairly summarized from a named source, then compared with the records reviewed. An assessment says what the records show. It doesn't judge anyone's intent, and a missing record is not proof that something didn't happen.
How assessments work
- Supported by available records
- The records reviewed support the statement.
- Partially supported
- Some of the statement is supported; some is not addressed by the records reviewed.
- Not established by available records
- The records reviewed do not show this. That is not proof it is untrue.
- Contradicted by identified records
- A record reviewed says otherwise.
- Requires additional information
- A document needed to assess the statement has not yet been obtained.
Claim assessments are being reviewed by an attorney and will be published here once that review is complete. In the meantime, the outstanding questions and the original records are available.
