- The special use permit the Indian Trail Town Council granted to applicant L.C. Tyson for a planned unit development on Mill Grove, Stevens Mill and Idlewild Roads (tax maps 07-057-018 and 07-036-054). Sets the overall density limit, the conditions for the single-family parcels, Parcel 7 (multi-family) and Parcel 1 (commercial and office), open space, and road improvements.
